The Markham Seniors Activity Centre is a 14,000 square foot multi-purpose, wheel chair accessible facility adjoining an older adult apartment building on Water Street in Markham Village. The centre is owned by the Town of Markham and is operated with the assistance of the Older Adults in Action seniors club. More about Seniors Services.

The 1000 member Older Adults in Action club organizes the activities within the centre on a volunteer basis and operates under a Board of Directors with a Seniors Co-ordinator and maintenance staff provided by the municipality. New members are always welcome to join. The member fee is $20 per year.
