The Town employs 920 (including the library) full-time permanent staff supported by part-time and temporary staff during peak seasons. The municipality hires staff to support the various services delivered to the public including development planning, building, infrastructure, parks and roads maintenance, by-law enforcement, recreation and culture, library, fire and emergency, etc.
